Stamina
Stamina is a core mechanic that affects every character. Each character starts at 50 stamina upon creation and regains one stamina every 30 minutes. Premium characters regenerate one stamina every 15 minutes instead.
All stamina is lost upon death, so make sure you are in a safe location if you plan on stockpiling as you may find yourself dead with all stamina lost when you come back
